Woodland Scéalta provides forest therapy and narrative therapy services through seasonal group programs (Healing Pathways) and related wellness offerings. Our practice is operated by Sandra Minnie, based in the Republic of Ireland.

All services are provided for general wellness and personal growth purposes. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health crisis intervention.
3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Forest therapy and our services are wellness practices, not medical or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

4. Eligibility and Participant Responsibility
By participating in our programs, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent)
- You are physically and mentally able to participate in gentle outdoor walking activities
- You will inform us of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or concerns that may affect your participation
- You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during sessions
5. Registration and Payment
- Registration for Healing Pathways requires completion of our enrollment form and payment
- Payment terms, fees, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of registration
- All fees are in EUR and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
By Participants:
- Cancellation Policy will be finalised and updated at launch.
- Individual missed sessions are non-refundable
By Woodland Scéalta:
- If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another program
- We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodations, or other expenses if we must cancel
7. Assumption of Risk
Participating in outdoor activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:
- Uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, and natural obstacles
- Weather conditions
- Encounters with wildlife or insects
- Allergic reactions to plants or environmental elements
By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided.
8. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodland Scéalta and Sandra Minnie shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from your participation in our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Under Irish law, we cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Confidentiality and Group Agreements
- What is shared in group sessions is confidential and should not be disclosed outside the group
- Participants agree to respect others’ privacy and stories
- We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality due to the group nature of our programs
- We reserve the right to break confidentiality if there is risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law
10. Photography and Media
- We may take photographs or video during sessions for promotional purposes
- You will be asked to sign a separate media consent form
- You have the right to decline being photographed or to request removal of your image
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials provided during programs, is the property of Woodland Scéalta and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

No refund will be provided in cases of removal for misconduct.
